I used to shop at this Whole Foods regularly, but after being away for a couple of years, I returned almost a year ago, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the condition of the store ever since. The produce section is frequently filled with produce that is old, overripe, or already starting to rot. What is particularly concerning is that older, damaged produce appears to be left in the displays and mixed in with newer items instead of being removed. This allows mold and spoilage to potentially spread to surrounding produce. Grapefruits and oranges have been some of the worst offenders. The purple sweet potatoes have also been noticeably old. Some are so dehydrated that they feel unusually light from significant moisture loss, and when cooked, they taste terrible. This has resulted in a significant amount of wasted money for me. In many cases, the mold or deterioration isn’t clearly visible while shopping, and I don’t discover the problem until I get home and inspect the produce more closely. This Whole Foods is amazing, always has friendly staff, you can often catch -50% off the fresh cut fruit in the morning and it’s in perfectly tasty condition. Special shout out to Sara for being super helpful!

Went here for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, ease of return, and free amenities for shoppers (toaster, microwave, condiments, cafe seating). My husband and I browsed the store after the Amazon return and it was very well-organized and seemed clean. However, there was a very significant raw fish smell originating from the seafood section that wafter throughout the store making our visit much shorter. Probably needs better ventilation in the seafood area or colder refrigeration to prevent the smell. All in all, we would still come back again for the interesting healthfood items.

Their pizzas are really so perfect in size and taste. It's the whole reason I came here so I can stock up on them. Also, their bakery items are just UNMATCHED. I cannot make a trip here without their Chentilly Lace cupcakes! Pure southern delite!

Love Whole Foods we drive from Ocala to shop here. To see if they stocked wild caught pollock. We like this fish because it has omega-3, b12, phosphorus, potassium & b2. Plus it's a low-fat fish. Decent amount of protein for a breaded "fish square", lol. We don't like fish with a fishy smell and pollock isn't fishy. To Whole Foods, please please stock frozen filets of pollock and turbot. Even if you have to alternate between pollock and turbot throughoutthe year. So I can buy fish year-round. I would greatly appreciate that. We also came here because of vast variety of foods not produced with chemicals. In all other grocery stores the selection is anorexic. Another favorite is the Organic Valley brand of dairy products. My faves are GRASSMILK whole milk and cheeses. Organic Pasture Raised cottage cheese and sour cream. Their cows are raised 100% certified grass-fed farms. And their prices are decent.
